For 10 years as a Chicago real estate broker, I struggled to find a consistent cleaning service that could deliver quality turnover cleanings. To address these challenges, I created Clean Rite to meet and deliver the highest standards of cleanliness that homeowners, property managers, and tenants expect and deserve. When I began Clean Rite in 2014, I worked to build my company into a well-respected and reliable turnover and post-construction cleaning business. A natural progression followed with the addition of our Janitorial/Common Area cleaning services. As a member of ISSA, we adhere to all industry guidelines, and keep updated on industry innovations and training opportunities.
When COVID upended the cleaning industry in early 2020, we were left trying to figure out the best way to meet our client’s needs, while also incorporating eco-friendly products. This led to our development of the electrostatic sprayer Sanitizing and Disinfecting services line, and in 2021, we began to offer quality Green Seal Certified and FDA-certified cleaning products. We continue to use these products at each and every job, offering a sustainable solution while maintaining our commitment to the highest level of quality deep cleaning standards.
